Location is very convenient to get to as it is on the main road and environment is pretty good outside with a great view of the mountains. Checkin process was quick and seamless with minimum formalities. Hotel is pretty big, however, rooms could’ve been more spacious. We booked a valley view room with a balcony. Everything in the room starting from bed sheet, pillows, towels and bath accessories are very nice. Staff is very courteous and prompt for help. Breakfast and dinner is very lavish and food was great. Checkout process was also pretty quick. Overall, amazing experience and a memorable trip to Kufri. I would definitely stay at Charvi Retreat on my next visit.
